Terms of Donation
By donating, you agree that the message you provide will be displayed publicly on donate.equitablehomeownershipfund.org unless you have selected “Donate Anonymously,” in which case only your message text (without name) will be displayed. The Equitable Homeownership Fund reserves the right to moderate, edit, or refuse to display any message that contains profanity, hate speech, defamatory content, commercial solicitation unrelated to the donor’s identity, or content that violates third-party rights. EHF will retain records of all donations including donor identity for tax-receipt and audit purposes regardless of public-display preferences.
EHF does not refund donations except where required by law or where a payment is reversed by the cardholder. By submitting a website URL with your donation, you confirm that you are authorized to associate that URL with the donation. The Equitable Homeownership Fund is a registered 501(c)(3); your donation is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. You will receive a written acknowledgment by email.
Each zip code maintains its own set of claimable house pieces. A piece donated in one zip code does not affect availability in another zip code. Naming rights are per neighborhood — claiming naming rights in one zip code does not affect naming rights in other zip codes.
