The Equitable Homeownership Fund collects only the information needed to process and acknowledge your donation: your name, email, payment details (handled by Stripe; EHF does not store card numbers), the zip code from which you donated, and the dedication message you choose to attach to your donation. We do not sell or rent donor data. We may disclose donor identity where required by law or for tax-receipt and audit purposes. Public display of donor names follows the preferences you selected at donation time.

Your zip code is used to associate your donation with your neighborhood and to display your neighborhood’s progress. It is not used for marketing purposes and is not shared with third parties except as required by law.
